Eligibility

Criteria for Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of medical diagnostic equipment and reagents, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product received in a physically damaged condition.
  • Incorrect item delivered (Mismatch with Purchase Order).
  • Manufacturing defect identified during onsite installation.
Exclusions

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain biosafety and cold-chain integrity, the following cannot be returned:

Refund Timeline

Once your return is inspected by our technical team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (NEFT/RTGS) within **7-10 working days**.
